Ni Made Ayu Marthini is currently the Deputy Minister of Marketing at Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia. Prior to her latest role, she was the Director of Manufactured Export Development at Ministry of Trade of Indonesia.
Known for her negotiation, strategic ideas, and critical thinking, Made was awarded as Top 3 Indonesia’s Best Civil Servants Award 2021 that recognised her leadership, innovation, and achievement qualities. Made always sets out to accomplish her goals and targets through her unique working style that is collaborative, innovative, and adaptive.
