Vinsensius Jemadu is currently the Deputy Minister for Tourism Products and Activities Organiser, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia.
Prior to his latest role, Vinsensius was the Deputy for Destination and Infrastructure Development from 2021 – 2023, the Head of the Communication Bureau at the beginning of 2021, and the Director of Tourism Marketing Regional I (Indonesia, ASEAN, Australia and Oceania) in early 2020. Having joined the ministry in 2022, he had also successfully served in the ministry across many other roles, including developing Indonesia's promotion to the Chinese market and handling the international media centre during the Bali Bombing 1. He first started his career at the Department of Tourism, Post and Telecommunication in 1994.
Vinsensius holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Queensland, Australia, with full fees from the World Bank. In addition to degree education, he has also taken several non-degree courses including Diploma in Tourism in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
